Grand Strand Music Poll Giveaway

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Grand Strand Music Poll Giveaway is sponsored by AudioTraxx Media Partners LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is intended for eligible adults age 18 or older. Final geographic eligibility will be stated before the promotion opens. Employees, officers and immediate household members of Sponsor may be excluded from prize eligibility.

3. Promotion Period

The official opening and closing date and time will be posted before prize entries are accepted. Entries received outside the stated promotion period are not eligible for the drawing.

4. How to Enter

Complete the Grand Strand Music Poll and, if you choose, provide the requested drawing-entry information at the end of the poll. Participation in the research poll does not require a purchase. Limit one prize entry per person unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.

5. Prizes

Two prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one $50 Visa gift card. Two winners will be selected, and each selected winner will receive one $50 gift card. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $100.

6. Random Drawing & Odds

Winners will be selected at random from eligible prize entries received during the promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information supplied with their prize entry. Sponsor may establish a reasonable response deadline. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond by the stated deadline, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise inconsistent with these rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect administration, security or fairness.

9. Privacy

Information submitted through the poll and optional prize entry will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Research responses may be compiled and reported in aggregate.
